Our founder
Founder and Executive Director of Miracle Mission International Outreach Inc — a life of faith, service, and transformation.

Pioneer · Leader · Servant
Marlene has provided spiritual counseling and godly advice for more than 25 years, speaking on family, marriage, relationships, leadership, and faith-based living.
She was married for 45 years until separated by death. Marlene studied Marriage and Family at Beulah Heights University. She believes marriage is sacred and should never be entered into lightly, and that godly counseling is essential when embracing a role ordained by God.
A devoted member of the United Pentecostal Church since 1972, she was called into ministry in 1989. Her community service began in 1990 with Sisters Helping Sisters, where she recognized the profound needs of women, homeless individuals, and underserved families — the cornerstone of everything she would build.
Determined to continue her education despite early challenges, she left school in the 9th grade, married, became a homemaker, and raised two sons — and is now the proud grandmother of eleven grandchildren. In 1979 she earned her GED, beginning an academic journey that led to degrees in Biblical Theology, Leadership Administration, and Public Administration.
Her life journey is one of resilience, faith, determination, and transformation.
